Adorii After Dark · Version 2026-10-17
This explains what Adorii After Dark keeps about you, why, who helps us run it, and how to delete it. "We" and "us" means Adorii Inc.
The short version
- We keep your email, your consent and age records, your birth month and year, and your chats and her memory of you. Chats and her memory are encrypted.
- We never store your call audio, and we never ask for ID documents.
- Delete account in Settings removes everything at once.
- A share card shows only her picture, her name and your closeness level, never your chats or her memory.
What we keep
| What | Why |
|---|---|
| Your email | To sign you in with a code, and to check your invite |
| Consent records: which version of the Terms and this Privacy Policy you accepted and when, your consent to storing intimate chat content, and when you acknowledged the AI notice | To show you agreed, and to ask again when a document changes |
| Your age check: your birth month and year, the result, and when | To keep the service adults-only. We only keep the month and year, never a full birth date |
| Your chats: what you typed or said (as text), what she said, her mood, and whether it was a call or a chat | So your chat is there when you come back, and so she can follow it |
| Her memory of you: short facts and a running summary of your chat | So she remembers you. You can see and delete each fact and the summary. Deleting a fact deletes the summary too, and her next summary is made only from what you say after that |
| Your closeness with each character: points, level, when you last visited | To run the closeness levels and her "welcome back" |
| Reports you send: the message, the reason and your note | So we can review them |
| Share links you make: the code, the character, the level, and how many times it was opened | To make the share page work and count clicks |
| A crisis time stamp: when a chat last turned to a crisis (no words) | So that for 24 hours afterwards we show you nothing for sale (Crisis protocol) |
| When you last saw the "She's an AI" reminder | To show it at the start of a visit and every 3 hours of use |
| Simple product counts: for example a visit started, a level reached, a share opened | To understand how the service is used. They never contain chat text |
Encryption: your chats, her memory of you and your report notes are encrypted before they are stored (AES-256-GCM). The keys stay with our server.
Logs: our server's logs carry counts, codes and ids, never chat text, memory, emails or sign-in tokens.
Your browser keeps your sign-in session, so you stay signed in on that device until you sign out.
If you asked for an invite, we keep the email you gave (and the share link you came from, if any) so we can review the request.
What we never store
- Call audio. On a call, your voice streams to our speech-to-text provider and becomes text, and that text is saved like a typed chat. The audio itself is never stored by us. Her voice is made fresh for each reply and isn't kept either.
- ID documents. We never ask for them. The age check is your birth month and year.
Who helps us run the service
These companies process data for us, only to run the service:
| Company | What they do | What they receive |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Our database and sign-in | Everything we keep (chats and her memory arrive already encrypted), and your email for sign-in codes |
| Railway | Hosts our server | Everything passing through our server, while it's being handled |
| Vercel | Hosts the web app | Your browser's requests for the web app's pages and files |
| Featherless | Runs her chat model and our safety judges | What she needs to answer you and to pick out what to remember: her character, your recent messages, what she remembers; and your messages, for the safety judges |
| xAI | Her backup chat model (Grok), used only when the main one is unavailable | The same as Featherless, for that reply |
| OpenAI | Safety checks (moderation) | Your messages and her replies, and facts and summaries before they are saved, to check them for safety |
| Deepgram | Speech to text on calls | Your call audio, live, to turn it into text |
| ElevenLabs | Her voice | The text of her replies, to speak them |
We don't sell your data, and we don't share it for advertising.
Sharing
You can share how close you and she are. The share card shows only her picture, her name and your closeness level (and our name and a link). It never shows your chats, what she remembers, or anything spicy. When someone opens your link we count the click, and nothing else about them. If they then ask for an invite, we note which link they came from.
Your choices
- See and delete what she remembers on her memory page, one fact at a time or her summary, or forget everything (her facts and summaries go; your chat history stays).
- Delete your account in Settings.
Deleting your account
Delete account removes everything at once: your profile, consent and age records, your chats, her memory of you, your closeness, your reports, your share links, your invite and invite request, and your sign-in account. Product counts stay, but without anything that links them to you.
Two things to know:
- If the age check shows someone is under 18, everything about the account is deleted at once in the same way, their age answer included, except the email: it stays on a lock list, so it can't be used to sign up again. Nothing else about it is kept.
Adults only
The service is only for adults, 18 and older. If the age check shows someone is under 18, the account and its sign-in are deleted at once, with everything in it. Only the email stays, on a lock list, so it can't be used to sign up again. If you believe someone under 18 is using the service, please tell us (Contact).
Changes
Each version of this policy has a date. When it changes, we ask you to accept the new version before you carry on.
