Terms of Service
Adorii After Dark · Version 2026-10-17
These terms are the agreement between you and us, Adorii Inc. ("we", "us"), for Adorii After Dark (the "service"). Please read them. By ticking "I agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy" you accept them.
1. What Adorii After Dark is
Adorii After Dark lets you chat and talk on voice calls with AI companions, such as Mira.
- She is an AI, not a real person. Every character is a fictional AI, and every character is an adult (21 or older).
- She is not a therapist or a mental health professional, and she can't replace professional help. Nothing she says is medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
- AI can be wrong. She can misremember, make things up or say something that doesn't fit. Don't rely on her for anything important.
- If you're struggling, call or text 988 (in the US and Canada) or your local emergency number. Our Crisis protocol explains what she does when a chat turns serious.
2. Who can use it
- You must be 18 or older. When you sign up we ask for your birth month and year. If you are under 18, the account is deleted and that email is locked: it can't sign up again.
- Giving a false age breaks these terms, and we will close the account.
- Invite only, for now. While the service is invite only, you need an invite to sign in. You can ask for one.
- One account per person. You sign in with a 6-digit code sent to your email: keep access to that email safe, because anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
3. Your chats and her memory
- Your words stay yours. You give us permission to store and process what you write and say, only to run the service for you: to answer you, to remember you, to keep you and others safe, and to fix problems.
- She remembers. She keeps short facts about you and a running summary of your chat, so she can pick up where you left off. You can see what she remembers, delete any of it, or ask her to forget everything.
- Chats and her memory are stored encrypted. Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep, who helps us run the service, and how deletion works.
4. The rules
Our Content policy is part of these terms. In short: the chat can get spicy, never graphic, and some topics are never allowed. She will decline them, and automated checks run on every message.
You agree not to:
- use the service if you are under 18, or let anyone under 18 use your account;
- try to get around the age check, the safety checks or the closeness levels;
- use the service to break the law, or to harass, threaten or impersonate anyone;
- copy, scrape, resell or reverse-engineer the service, its characters or their looks and voices;
- overload, attack or probe the service.
5. Reports and enforcement
- You can report any of her messages from the chat. We review reports, and reports that seem to involve someone under 18 come first.
- We may refuse a message, end a call, or suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts anyone at risk. Where we can, we tell you why.
6. Closeness levels
Your closeness with each character grows as you chat and call. Levels open new sides of her. Levels and points have no cash value, can't be transferred, and may be re-tuned as we improve the service.
7. Price
The service is free during the invite period. If we add paid features later, they come with their own terms and prices, shown before you pay. Nothing is charged without your clear say-so.
8. Sharing
You can share a card that shows her picture, her name and your closeness level. It never shows your chats or what she remembers. Only share where that's welcome.
9. Ending
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Everything goes at once (see the Privacy Policy).
- We can close the service or your account. If we close the service, we will tell you ahead of time where we can.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Each version has a date. When the terms change, we ask you to accept the new version before you carry on.
